New Dialogue is a research, engagement and public voice organisation putting real experiences at the heart of public services. We are driven by a belief that people’s views matter and that their experiences and feedback should be at the heart of service design. We’re here to listen to the issues that really matter to local communities.

Creative, community-based engagement
New Dialogue focuses on creative community engagement strategies to open up welcoming and accessible conversations.
From creative outcomes to share our insights, to art and nature-based engagement programmes, we believe in inclusive approaches that nurture meaningful dialogue and rich, qualitative insights.

Healthwatch Kingston
New Dialogue is the home of the Healthwatch statutory service for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
Healthwatch are the independent champion for people who use health and social care services. Local Healthwatch have certain legal powers to help ensure people’s voices and feedback are heard.
We focus on ensuring that people’s worries and concerns about current services are addressed. We also help people to find reliable and trustworthy advice and information relating to their health and care needs.
We collaborate with Healthwatch across south west London and nationally, and share our insights with Healthwatch England and other bodies.

Youth Out Loud!
Youth Out Loud! (YOL!) gives young people in Kingston an opportunity to raise their voice about the health and social issues that matter to them.
YOL! champions the voice of children and young people to scrutinise how services could or should improve, and to make formal recommendations to providers and commissioners of those services.
As well as sharing their opinions of local health and care services YOL! members collaborate on information campaigns with creative outcomes, like short films, podcasts and videos, to educate young people about how they can manage their health and the services that exist to support them.
YOL! is open to new members aged 13-17, and gives young people an opportunity to build new skills, think about their needs, and participate in the service design and delivery.
